The training program will build on the day-to-day experiences of frontline staff.

‘Our main focus is that the training should be practical and applicable in the NSP setting,’ said Brad Pearce, Workforce Development Advisor at Anex. ‘The program is designed to incorporate the history and experience of staff. This will enrich the training program and benefit those who have more recently started in the sector’.

‘It will be an opportunity to visit NSP work from different perspectives and be really hands-on about it,’ said Brad.

This training will be of value to all staff delivering NSP services
